You can create a Referral Brokerage on your own. However, DOSS Social was created as an economical option, solution, and value add for Brokers to offer their REALTORS®. It would cost a Broker thousands of dollars a year, plus the expense of creating their own proprietary technology that DOSS offers our Social Agents for free.
